Thames Cup and EDCS 5

The Thames Cup and Round 5 of the Eastern District IOMSlide1 Championship Series will take place at Coalhouse Fort on Sunday 21st September 2014.

This event is open to all MYA members with a certificated boat and skippers should use the MYA Online Entry Form (when open) if possible. Otherwise email Geoff Appleton geoff.apples@blueyonder.co.uk AND John Newton john-newton@tiscali.co.uk. Please ensure you supply all information, including an Emergency Contact Name and Number.

There will be a skippers briefing at 09.45 am with the first race shortly after at 10.00 am. No race will start after 4.00 pm and any race in progress at 4.30 pm will be abandoned.

Skippers are reminded that the MYA implements the RYA Racing Charter and they will be required to undertake to sail in compliance with the Charter.

As a reminder, here is a copy of the top ten in the Eastern District IOM Championship Series. With half + 1 events to count the Championship is still quite open, especially for those that have only completed only 2 events so far.
